JOB VACANCY
UT Properties Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the UT Holdings is urgently seeking to employ four (4) young and energetic persons as Sales Consultants on an initial six (6) months contract with possibility of becoming a permanent staff subject to performance.

REQUIREMENTS
o Minimum first degree in Sales and Marketing or Diploma in CIM from a recognized institution
o Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
o Knowledge in the sale of properties (houses) is a plus
o Ambitious, disciplined with high sense of integrity.
o Must be an IT savvy

1.JOB PURPOSE:

To assist the Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager in the sales and marketing of Company’s developed residential units in line with the Company’s policies and procedures

 2.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively sell properties in the portfolio as assigned.
  • Ability to manage the customer through the sales process successfully
  • Post and update status of properties on the internet and follow up on a daily basis
  • Facilitate client viewing / inspection of properties
  • Prepare call reports on client viewing / inspection of properties and submit summary of call reports weekly
  • Must be able to research target market
  • Provide immediate feedback to your supervisors on any areas that are necessary to the overall function of the organization

3.KEY COMPETENCIES:

 EDUCATIONAL

  • Minimum First Degree in Sales and Marketing or Diploma in CIM from a recognized Institution
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in sales and marketing in the Real Estate Industry

 TECHNICAL

  • Adept to Microsoft Office products
  • Must understand the sales cycle
  • Must possess good negotiation and aggressing selling skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to handle difficult clients
  • Proactive and passion to deliver results.

PERSONALITY

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Pleasant physical appearance and disposition
  • Ambitious disciplined and high sense of integrity
  • Proactive with personal qualities of Integrity, Credibility and Dedication
