It has evolved from a lending institution to a Universal Bank through the acquisition of the former UT Bank in June 2010 and got listed on the Ghana Stock exchange under the name UT Bank.
UT Logistics is the trading and logistics arm of UT Holdings. The company undertakes learing and warehousing business activities. UT Logistics, in addition, trades in soft commodities and provides collateral management services. They are also into freight forwarding and clearing of goods.
This is the debt collection subsidiary of UT Holdings and specializes in the collection, management and recovery of debt. The company provides innovative and professional debt collection services and receivable solutions across a broad spectrum of industries.
UT Life is mandated to underwrite Life Assurance business notably universal policies, Group Term Policy, Loan Protectors, Keyman and Pensions among others. The company’s vision is to be “Ghana’s Innovative and Affordable Life Insurer”.
UT Financial Services has over the past two years, opened branches in other countries in line with its vision of having a presence in five countries outside Ghana by 2010. UT is taking an African brand global!
At the beginning of 2009, UT obtained a license to operate and replicate its services in Ikeja, Nigeria. Thus serving the needs of indigenous traders or business entities not being catered.
UT Financial Services South Africa is a joint venture company set up in South Africa in the year 2011 between UT Holdings Ltd of Ghana and FABCOS in South Africa. With a base in Alexandra, Johannesburg, UT Financial Services South Africa supports the SME and business community across South Africa.
